Worst experience ever!!!

Worst experience yet! My first booking for a cruise is a nightmare. Booked in 2019, couldn't go on the cruise in 2020 due to covid and a voucher was issued. I asked the sales consultant to make a booking with the voucher for the same cruise as I had before without me having to pay in extra. After she/he made the booking, now I have to pay in R5000 for the cruise without he/she informing before making the booking that there will be an extra pay in. Now that I want to cancel it, they want to charge me R3000 for cancellation. Worst experience ever for something that supposed to be pleasant!!!!
