Why bother trying to contact MSC Cruises, they simply do not answer their phones.

Why bother trying to contact MSC Cruises, they simply do not answer their phones. I wonder if their cruises are any better. I have been trying to contact MSC for over an hour now and each time I get a answering machine stating "our booking centre in now closed.we are open from 08:00 on weekdays etc............ I have been trying since 08:05, it is now 09:27 and I keep getting the same message.
