Very Possible ***** using MSC Cruise Card Whilst on MSC Orchestra Cruise

My wife and I have just completed a cruise on the MSC Orchestra. When on an MSC ship you are forced to use an MSC Cruise Card. To do this one has to use your credit card to load the MSC Cruise Card. What I did not know is that this gives MSC total access to your credit card. For legitimate payments using the MSC cruise card we got Standard Bank sms's as usual. But when I received my Credit Card statement I found that an amount of R4883,34 had been deducted from my Credit Card without my my knowledge or receiving an sms. On contacting Standard Bank I was informed that this amount has been deducted by MSC on the 30/12 ( we departed the ship on the 28/12) and a case of ***** has been opened by Standard Bank and they are investigating. I do not know if this is *******ion by MSC or that MSC had been hacked. All I do know is that I did not spend this amount of money on the ship. What makes it worse is that when I phoned MSC to report the ***** they refused to assist and that I must email them. This has proved impossible as my email does not go through to them. Passengers beware before you leave the ship check your MSC statement. I unfortunately could not as I got very sick on the ship and had to be taken off the ship from the cabin in a wheel chair. I am waiting for the Standard Bank ***** Division to give me a full review as the amount might be more
