VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE

I've been trying to call customer care which supposed to open at 8am but nobody picks up the call. I selected the deposit option yesterday for payment of my booking but the entire payment was taken from my card so I want to cancel the booking & I want all my money back. I'm very dissapointed with your services. You advertise that you are opened from 8am but it's already 9am & nobody is picking up the phone. Please process the cancellation IMMEDIATELY.
