Very Dissapointed

I bought two Ankle chains at their shops and both have turned black and tarnished. On one cruise to Walvis Bay they were happy to replace the one but on our last cruise refused and were quite rude about it. We are going on the Orchestra to Durban on 3rd Feb 2020. Will MSC replace the one of them free of charge?
