Very disappointed, bad service, lack of honesty.

Utterly Disappointed in the service and honesty of this company. Booked a cruise for December in January. when the Pandemic happen we asked if the cruise will still go on. And they re- assured me it will. after salary cut I had to borrow money to pay for the cruise. They insisted that the full amount of the cruise must be paid before the 5th of October. So I did. Today I got an email stating that MSC ARE CANCELLING THE CRUISE DUE TO THE COVID AND THAT THE SHIP IS STUCK IN EUROPE. Do not tell me they did not know that from the get go. The honesty of MSC Cruises are a disgrace and they waited for all of us to pay and then they cancel the trip. I am not interested in a voucher or to go on another trip next year. my experience with them are very disappointed and will never NEVER recommend them for cruises. I am a first time cruiser and will never consider a cruise ever again. I WANT MY REFUND BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH OF R4053.00
