upgrades

On the 28th Nov is my birthday and I booked 4 cabins for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday on the Oh ship. As I was about to print the Cruise tickets i picked up that 2 of the cabins were upgraded. I called the call centre and spoke to Lindiwe and requested that they swap the upgrades between the cabins who put me on hold for 20 minutes and when she came back she transferred me to Rebecca. Since January I have been communicating with MSC with payments, and administration of this whole trip and I when I request 1 small thing they just rudely told me they can't. I am not happy and I will make a noise in all levels because when I booked I linked these cabins in one booking and they didn't even have the courtesy to book my one and when I ask for a swap they just simply tell me I can't but it's my birthday and I made payment and everything
