Unhappy.... and Frustrated

<p>Booking nr ********** 3.</p> <p>Good day,</p> <p>I originally made a booking for four people, where the invoice amount was R19 475.</p> <p>I then had complications with the fourth person and had to change my booking to 3 people, which brought the amount down to R18 620, when asking why the amount only dropped with R855, I was told because the cabin will now only be shared by 3 people. When I asked, if I add a fourth person later, the consultant told me there’s no problem, I then asked it the invoice amount will then go back to the original amount and she told me yes, it will go back to R19 475, as we will be four people sharing again. I have added a fourth person back again, within a week of previous conversation, just to find that the amount went up to R22 860 and not R19 475. I’m really unhappy with this, this was not agreed upon. I’m a loyal MSC club card member, for more that 5years so far, and never before had I ever had so much trouble with a MSC booking, I can provide you with the original invoice for four people.</p>
