Unauthorized credit card transaction, and no response from the MSC customer care

I went on a Cruise the past weekend. I subscribed to the Internet using my credit card. I have been having money deducted from my account since the 28th of January 2023. The last transaction of R 6588.88 went off yesterday I have no clue what it is including the others. My initial bill was $253.99 and I expected to have that amount multip**** by R18 which will be R4571.82. Now, what are all these other transactions for?
