Travelmate_(MSC cruise) refund

In early December 2021, we have learned of a flash sale through Travelmate( an agent of MSC cruises) for the 26-30th December 2021 for 2 families. We made the full payment and received our bookings etc.

The was canceled/postponed by Travelmate due to the pandemic(in particular the Omicron variant)!

I started calling and emailing Travelmate to request refund for the full payment I made. Travelmate either doesn't respond to my emails/WhatsApps or a very slow response. The last email I got from them was sign a form for a refund, thereafter nothing.

I've recently made contact with MSC cruises directly and they respond that they cannot deal with me directly as I book through their agent!

My problem is that I tried requested a refund for the past month and I'm completely annoyed and disgusted with the way Travelmate has been conducting this matter.
