Travel at your peril.

A friend and his wife booked a specialised birding cruise to Marion Island. Six weeks before the start of the cruise he was hit by a car and his leg was badly broken. He was consequently unable to go on the cruise. His request for a refund or voucher was refused by MSC. Unfortunately travel insurance was not valid as Marion Island is in South African waters. This is calous and disgusting behaviour by this company. Travel with them at your peril.
