TO ALL SOUTH AFRIAC PLEASE WATCH OUT:

We organised a 50th birthday get away for 6 people that were turning 50 and friends. This is the second time I have been on the MSC and been let down, it seems it is a regular thing with the South Africa MSC cruse ships, we were supposed to go to Pomene, Mozambique and was told that evening there was a storm, but on looking on the weather system it only showed some overcast, so in that case Don’t we get compensation for not going to our destination ??, we paid for something we did not get

We also found at the staff are very rube and impolite, at lest when saying good morning at lest something back at least have some Etiket, also for the Bar tenders as well rube and impolite. We also found at around 1:00 am 2:00 am they start packing, and closing the bars, as to tell you to go to bed. You are on a cruise ship to enjoy yourself; don’t you have staff rotations to keep your passengers happy?? I can say I found 3 Bar tender that made out time pleasant. All I can say the spark that the MSC had has been thrown away. Are you looking more at you proffers, than you clients and protentional clients??

We also found that the ship smelt of surrage ( **** ) on some floors, when you had to go eat at the restaurants, also at the pool areas there was no housekeeping, the floors were wet and people were slipping.

I would say spend your money somewhere else, unless MSC can prove to me there have made improvements.
