They take your money for the Bokradio cruise in Cape Town SA , knowing that it seldom is able to sail

We booked the bokradio cruise a year ago for my 50th birthday Jan 2020. The cruise never sailed due to weather. Of course MSC is covered under general terns and conditions that they cannot be held liable for the weather but Bokradio and SA Cruises have been aware of a few of the previous cruises not sailng due to the worse wind conditions and the restrictions in the Cape Town Harbor. In fact there were the same problems last year. But nowhere in any of their marketing or communication or in any of the many steps that you book with SA Cruises were you warned that this is typical for this cruise. In fact, knowing that this is typical for this cruise, why has the cruise dates not been changed, probably because they are getting away with the least amount of cost to them and they know that once booked, you cannot cancel. They keep posting on their FAcebook that it does not matter if the boat does not sail, people are having a great party. Once they check out of the boat and they get the room bill where they were able to charge drinks at five dollars a drink and gambling to their room card, pay their huge bill on top of the R20 000 paid for a cruise to Namibia, that never happened, they will feel done in, like we do. SA Cruises, MSC and Bokradio gets to keep all their monies because they know you cannot cancel and that is why they do not warn you at all that this cruise often does not sail. In fact they keep saying to people it does not matter if the cruise does not sail because you are still having a great party on a boat. We did not pay R20 000 to have a party on a boat, we paid for a cruise experience and to see Namibia, both we have not done before. Yesterday when we wanted to leave the boat (because there was not chance of going to Namibia anymore and it was clear that they had been aware since Friday the weather would not clear untill Monday and were lying to people every day ) we were told that we could not leave the boat because immigration was not availabe. When asksed what they are doing about it, they said their agent were busy with it. Then I found out that many people had been waiting for 2 days for their agent to book immigration for people who want to leave the boat. I then called the harbor police station and spoke to sergeant de Klerk, she called me back in 10 minutes and said immigration was available. When I told the manager this, she said she will speak to the agent and get back to me in a hour, After an hour I went down and were told they are meeting with immigration and half an hour later we were told we can leave the boat. If I did not call the police, we would still be stuck on that boat where everyone is forced to be inside and the bars are way to full of people, most definelty safety violations. a whole year of exitement led to being set up for failure by MSC, Bokradio and SA cruises who knew this could happen and never warned us. They also knew by Friday that the boat could not sail until Monday and NEVEr gave anyone a chance to cancel, which would have been the only fair thing to do, instead they all choose the greedy way. Take peoples money with no care about what they loose.
