Theft on cruiseline and no investigation

Good day,<br> <br> I am writing this complaint on behalf of my grandmother - Ellen Hulley cell no: ***.<br> <br> On her first day of boarding your MSC Opera ship she went up in the elevator to go to the top deck to watch the ship leave the harbour. When she went off the lift she realised immediately that her moon bag pouch felt lighter and flat. She then realised that someone opened the zip and her wallet and money bank bag - with R2000 were gone.She and my mother went down to the service desk where they were met with people that did not assist. She had to fill in a lost item form, yet she clearly stated that she thinks her money were ****** from her pouch in the elevator and asked if they would view the footage.The employee said to her that only the management can view it and they will do it later. Up to this day, no one came back to her regarding the footage.I believe that you have cameras for the safety of your passengers. The footage should've been viewed immediately which would have given clarity to the situation and given my grandmother some peace of mind. Her whole cruise were ruined. I have mailed the customer service email 5 times and no one responded yet. Really bad service
