Theft on Board MSC Cruises

My phone was ****** by one of the crewmen (we have admittance from the person that they did in fact take the phone and then 'misplaced it'). It has been nearly 3 weeks since the incident took place and MSC have done nothing to inform me of the outcome of their investigation (not much of an investigation needs to take place lets be honest) or reimburse me for my phone. I struggle to understand how a company with such a reputable reputation can be so disorganized when it comes to an incident of theft by one of their staff members. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, rather look at their competitors, who I am sure would handle situations such as these in a more professional manner
