THE WORST SERVICE EVER MSC CRUISE

Yoh the worst experience i have ever had in my life for something so simple yet they turned into something so complicated.

So on the 09th of September i requested to have my cruise moved, the cruise which was supposed to be two islands so i spoke to this rude lady called LERATO who was in such a rush to just finish with my call because i guess it was almost knock off time, she rushed through the call and at the end of the call i asked or requested that everything should remain the same as the initial cruise meaning same cabin and the two islands then she rresponded and said yes yes yes to everything.

When she finally moved the cruise and sent confirmation to my suprise she moved the cruise to only one island, meaning the following

Lerato didn't take time to check what my initial booking was, because if she had she would have picked up that the cruise she was moving has two islands but ke she doesn't care.After that i requested to speak to the supervisor where NOBI who was said to be the team lead was just as rude said they will listen to the recording and get back to me . To this day i have never received a call from any of them giving explanation, i then took it upon my self to follow up since it is my money. But to this day i still haven't received assistance.

And to top it all they refuse to refund my money since they failing to give me my money back.CRAAAAAAAAPY SERVICE I TELL, NO CUSTOMER CARE NON WHAT SO EVER.ALL THAT THEY AFTER IS YOUR MONEY.THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OUR ANNIVERSARY HAS TURNED INTO A NIGHT MARE, ALL THANKS TO LERATO FROM MSC CRUISE CROCIERE
