I planned and paid for a new cruise trip. We did the very same trip, route earlier this year. The good news is, our timing was spot on as we booked at a better rate than previous trip. What is more, the agent picked up a 20% due to us on the system, which I had forgotten about. All in all, genuinely a happy experience and as for their website and self service - excellent...
