****** property on board

I was on a the MSC Musica last week, booking number ********** 1 departure date 19 Nov. My bag didn't make it to my room, i found it behind reception with other bags. My tag was ********** and my bag was open. I inspected with one of your staff and my tablet was missing. I filled in a form but after that heard nothing. Is this a normal thing for your cruises? Is your insurance going to cover this now?
