STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUND

What a horrible experience trying to cancel our cruise and get our refund for money we have paid towards a cruise that we were unable to go on. Nearly a month since the cruise and still no joy for us or our travel agent who is just pushed from pillar to post each time she phones MSC. Horrible service!
