Standards have slipped

We cruised with MSC from 5 - 9 February 2018, and having done many prior cruises with MSC, we noticed that standards are way below what they used to be!! The buffet cold meat selection has shrunk... no imported Italian hams of the past... only cheap processed luncheon meat, and low grade salami. The majority of the ship's bars ran out of Hansa beer on the second day of the cruise... The dining rooms ran out of most of the wines on their list .... also on the second day of the cruise. Extremely poor planning on the part of MSC management!! The traditional flaming baked alaska has been replaced by a cheap plastic cake that the dining room staff are forced to ashamedly parade around with, while passengers wave their serviettes in the air. I wonder whose bright spark idea that was????? Bring on some competition for MSC.... they know they are the only cruise line operating out of South African ports... and therefore are lowering their standards here to cut costs...
