Shocking Service!!

From booking & having to move our cruise dates, to not having a cabin for our family to be together then finally getting a cabin together, all the wrong information about dress code, service on board was beyond shocking!!! Incorrect information about kids club, all advert pics and information very misleading. Not to mention we got food poisoning while on board. MSC your standards have dropped, would never recommend a cruise!!!!!
