quick to overcharge you but will not refund

Glocell paid MSC R8000 for my cruise, they advertise kids travel free, yet i have been charged R1114 for Cabin fees. On the website it showed I was in credit now they saying Im not. when calling the CC they cut the call on me. disgusting customer service
