POOR SERVICE!!! NO FEEDBACK

What a joke! We booked a family cruise for April and paid immediately via their website, we were never advised of their pregnancy policy until the payment was completed and all the documents were sent through via email, upon reading their policy I realized that I would be 27 weeks pregnant and their policy states you cannot be over 24 weeks pregnant so I opted to move the cruise earlier, only to be told that i can only move mine and not my parents as we missed the cut off date to move (even though you can still book the earlier cruise online and I opted to move both bookings 2 days after we made the booking as we have 1 free move for each booking) I then demanded my full refund within 24 hours as R69000.00 is a lot of money that they took immediately from our bank account but was advised that I must now wait a week for the refund! this is absolutely ridiculous as I now need to book another holiday but can only do so once I receive my refund. I have requested on numerous occasions for feedback and all I get told is we are waiting for feedback. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! it is an absolute fight to get your money it back!!!
