Please sort out my refund

I have had the worst experience trying to get my refund back - I made a payment in January 2020 to MSc cruise for OhShip - covid happened and I understood - in October 2021 I requested for a refund as the trip kept on being postponed and I lost interest , also got retrenched - in my refund application I stated that I closed my credit card account (that’s the card I used to pay for the OhShip trip) and advised that they can refund into my cheque account and provided documents to support, however they went on to refund into the closed credit card account , now it’s a back and forth trying to get my refund since December 2021 - they have sent proof that they sent it , However my bank advises that since the credit card is closed it would have bounced back within 48hrs - I am really not getting any joy.
