Pathetic website

This complaint is specifically dealing with their website and not the cruise. the website is pathetic. Difficult to navigate and even more difficult to understand. 2 out of 3 times it does not work and gives illogical error messages. I could not pay through it and had to phone my payment through (in 2019!).....and I have not received any written confirmation after full payment, I hope the cruise goes better.......if we ever make it with their ability to navigate administration. And I cant send this complaint to them because with so many companies nowdays, you have to contact them on their terms......not yours. No email addr just a contact form that they dont answer.
