Passenger name change

I emailed msc advising them that one of the passengers on my booking cannot go on the cruise anymore. I asked can a somebody else can go<br> Was told by msc yes it will cost R600 to.change the name<br> Then I left it for a few days and out of the blue I received new etickets with the my one passenget removed<br> So when I phoned to change the name o was told that I now loose my money about R3800 and I cannot change the name because I cancelled the booking???which I never did<br> Now they want to charge me again for the replacement passenger. This is not acceptable<br> Their consultants don't know what they doing<br> I will never cruise with them again<br> <br>
