NO TICKETS FOR CRUISE

We have booked a cruise and pais in full in September 2015. MSC promised us tickets 3 weeks before departure. The 3 weeks became 2 weeks in another email. Later it became 1 week. Today is Monday and we are supposed to dock at 13:00 on Friday, 15 January 2016, but no tickets yet. We tried their useless call centre, only music. We tried their complaints department (so called [Email Removed] Receive acknowledgement but no tickets yet. We threatened them with legal action, but no reply. What do we do with this pathetic company?
