NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!

I've been trying to book a cruise (promotion was running) for the past two weeks, but up until now, nothing has been booked and everytime I get hold of somebody at MSC, they just make promises. And then everytime I get a new quote from a new agent, the prices are higher. The cruise is next year featuring the \Oppiwater"cruise"
