No refund to date

<p>The trip that we were booked for from 25-29 April 2016 were cancelled due to bad weather. To date I am still waiting for the refund of the prepaid drinks vouchers that I purchased. This is disgraceful. The excuse I have been getting is that the reimbur*****t is made from Italy. </p>
