No refund has been made

MSC can't refund !it's the worst thing ever my friends and I booked a cruise last year in march and due to the covid the cruise had to be cancelled .they told us they will refund our money back and we still haven't got our money back .it's very frustrating because we paid the money in full .they don't even bother to communicate with us it's August now and still no refund .they are the worst company ever .we want our money back please advice us on how this can be resolved .
