NO FEEDBACK

We have booked a cruise which leaves on the 31st Jan and i have still not received my tickets.<br> I have completed the online registrattion in the beginning of January and have tried contacting MSC on email - NO REPLY, on thier online contact - NO REPLY i have even held on a call for over an hour with NO REPLY.<br> <br> This is terrible as we have paid in full and now do not know when we are going to get the tickets or if we are even going to get the tickets.
