No compassion at all

My mother in law booked a cruise for next year , she was so excited because she had been before and wanted to share the experience with her siblings. She is a pensioner and so are her siblings. There was a special which they booked. They booked 2 cabins and 8 of them were travelling . Unfortunately my mother in law just passed away . So I phoned today to find out my options. There is a family member that is willing to take her place but now we have to pay R700 name change , plus because my mother in law was a voyager member an no one else is the 10% discount falls away. So now the rest of the group will have to pay this difference. Where is the compassion MSC !! Someone has just died and all you see is the money and your terms and conditions . 10% discount won't harm your business but it makes a huge difference to a pensioner. Please do better !! have some humanity and compassion .
