No answer for 2 days now

Hi, I have been trying to contact MSC Cruises in relation to my cruise for 2 days now (4&5Jan 2016) and there has not been any answer at their call centre. I was waiting 48minutes during the last call just to be cut off. ***<br> <br> Please can someone contact me?
