NO AGENTS

for the past 2 days I have called the MSC call centre only to be put on hold for 10-20 minutes. I eventually cut the call as I cannot hang on any longer . I urgently need to make changes to a booking.<br> Are they not losing business ? Is there a call centre? This service is terrible.
