MSC Worst services and response ever to get refunded

we made a booking on Saturday 4 Dec 2021 and paid EFT only to realize our passports is not in order , so we cancelled the booking send mails phoned , phone numbers not working , then when we asked to be re inbursed they send as forms firstly the booking number we cancelled they could not track as iot was cancelled from monday 6 Dec 2021 we phoned send mail send refund letter as per MSC with bank details showing the money was deducted from our bank account , every time we mail info nobody knows then it is a uyp and a down from the star i want my money refunded asap will never try and book anything with MSC ever in my life and will also inform all my friends an bussines colleages
