MSC turns a holiday into a nightmare

I've done previous cruises with MSC and they always had plenty of entertainment in all the bars/lounges, but (apparently since it was a Bokradio cruise?) they cancelled almost all other music shows. We went to several bars where, based on the program, there were supposed to be shows and they were not on. The kids' play areas were only open for 2 hours at a time most of the time (not all day as promised) and most of them, e.g. the junior one was closed most of the time, apparently due to lack of staff. So my 8 yr old had to sit with a bunch of toddlers and refused to go back after the 2nd day. The bar service was unbelievably slow - waiting for a drink for 30 minutes! Toilets seldom had toilet paper or hand soap and neither did our cabin. Several items in disrepair, broken handrail at Jacuzzis, broken bar stool at bar, etc. On the Monday we asked to disembark and completed all the forms. We were told to wait a few minutes for gangway to open and then heard 40 min later that the ship was leaving the harbour and we can't disembark. Reception staff was rude and some really ***********. Most of the staff couldn't help if you asked them where something is on the ship and many of them don't speak proper English. The Bokradio entertainment was all on deck (with really bad wind and rain) or in the Savannah bar which can't accommodate more than approx 200 people and I think about 2000 people were on the cruise for this. Why could you not have had all their shows in the theatre where everyone could at least watch the shows. Embarkation was extremely long, almost 2 hours and I asked for easy access with an attached disability letter, but was told they can't help me since this service is full! The theater is next to the casino, so the whole theatre smells like smoke! Then they offer us a 25% discount on a future trip (as a gesture of goodwill), but when I asked for it on the next cruise which I booked in April they refused to give it to me!
