MSC SPLENDIDA

Me and my sister went to MSC Splendida 9-12 Feb 2024. I got food poisoning on our very first night which was the Friday. I was refused Medical attention by the MEDIX Dr unless I pay R3,000 upfront, irrespective of the insurance you pay for when you book. I went into cold fever the Sunday night and only then a dr gave Saline water and Buscopan which did not help. I begged them to use my medical aid and get me off the ship and nothing. I came home with just 1% below Viral infection caused by the food poisoning - Will never go on this trip again and people should warn guests regarding the INSURANCE AND UPFRONT PAYMENT
