MSC - Ripping clients off hard earned money

I need to find out why is MSC taking a cancellation deposit of R3000.00 from clients who have booked to go on a trip.This pandemic was not initatiated and created by an individual.They trying to rip clients off and rob people of innocent money. Can Devi Sankaree Govender please do an interview with the MSC board of directors and air an interview on her show to give clients clarity..Would love to hear the outcome.I think there are many people in the same shoes as i am.
