MSC Refunds cancelled cruise

Cruise was cancelled due to covid 19 in march 2020 . Requested for refund and still waiting . Can't take another cruise has I have been retrenched . MSC south africa says head office in Switzerland does refunds and must wait and dont know when refund will be done . This is unacceptable.
