Msc no Cancelation or refunds

booked a cruise and 2 days after when I received boarding time i phoned to cancel the cruise. On Board time has changed and is less hours than all other 4day cruises. I was only informed after booking and paying in full. They should make this a 3 day cruise. Boarding is at 4 pm Monday and as Ship is only sailing at 8pm Monday night. I spoke to Zweli Zondo to cancel and he said i cant cancel. No cooling off period apply. Asked for supervisor. Never contacted me. Phoned again and spoke to Thandi after i told her the story she cut me off.
