MSC making it up as go along as elaborate plans just not working

Just got off the first cruise (6th dec 2021) and what a shambles their planning turned out to be. Got tickets only 7 days before, only to find now had to adhere to a embarkation 'time slot' mid afternoon when we had booked a flight weks before that got us in at 8 a.m. Got there half an hour before alloted time to find MSc had abandoned the time slot and just a 100m queue. No trolleys so had to just push heavy cases along about 300m to get to baggage drop off. When we finally got into the terminal - about an hour - was another hour getting through the check. Covid test at end in theatre just a potential super spreader event. No social distancing and only one person filling out the covid forms to disembark. Bus would only leeave when full, but so slow to get passengers off boat took over a hour to fill. Took 3 hours from starting leaving to actually going to airport.
