MSC **** TO ME

MSC literally **** to me.

We had booked a cruise for the 14th of Dec, yes very risky indeed, we had prepared for the fact that the cruise would be cancelled.

I waited for the 2 week mark to contact MSC and ask them "I need to book the vouchers today, but I do not want to book it unless there is a massive chance that this trip would be cancelled", this was on the 27th of Nov, Marsha then said "the cruise WILL NOT be cancelled, I should book the vouchers now".

I called back again today (1 Dec) because their web check in is throwing an error message out, I spoke to Marsha again, we has now informed me that the cruise is cancelled.

Of course my first question was "When was this cancelled", she the said "Oh two weeks ago"...... OKAY BUT I CALLED YOU LAST WEEK AND YOU 100% GUARANTEED THAT WE ARE GOING (her words by the way).

I payed R3,100 for my voucher which is money I do not exactly have because I was retrenched from my job but the cruise was booked and I was prepared to pay the R3k..........................

Marsha then proceeded to tell me that because I had booked with STA Travel, that my communication was sent to them, HELLO MSC, STA HAS SHUT DOWN, YOU KNOW THIS!!!!

I was **** to.... they stole R3k from me
