MSC is not worth it!

Extremely disappointed with the MSC brand in general. Recently we went on the MSC Orchestra Ship here in South Africa. Upon arrival we had no regular cruise welcome, the food in both the buffet area and restaurants was not consistent. The options were bland except for the pizza the menu was flat and when asked for something extra staff members were hesitant to accommodate guests.

Service is shocking on the Orchestra. Staff members are rude and unfriendly, for what we we paid I would say such a wasted experience for many South Africans.

There is a wine bar with no real wine selections to choose from just the regular ship brands.

Smoking area and non-smoking area was not checked and controlled and we found ourselves in midst of people smoking, what an unpleasant experience.

The casino is not barricaded off so when you are in the Savanna Bar area all you smell is smoke and alcohol not good if you are with little children, as there aren't many options on the Orchestra.

Toilets were not cleaned regularly.

We were not happy. What a waste of money, this ruined my husband's 40th Birthday surprise.
