MSC GARBAGE

So where is MSC and their staff while the entire world is going through a pandemic??????!!!

The call centre is absolutely useless as they cant seem to help us with any queries, I was not even made aware that my trip would be canceled in November until i phoned to find out. When asked for my money back a call center agent advised they cant refund my money rather book me for April 2021. Now when it's clear that we will never be going on a cruise due to the crises , they now want to take R3000.00 from my actual amount and I must still wait 4 months to be paid out. Unfortunately MSC that's not how it works and it seems like ur professionalism and ethics have died in the 2020 pandemic too . If MSC feels that you guys are too big to be taken down think again. I'm not the only 1 on here complaining about how useless and unprofessional you guys are. Maybe you'll should take all the peoples R3000.00 and send your employees for proper training and work ethics as they all seem bored of their jobs and are all disrespectful. Absolutely disgusted in MSC. I advise no1 to make a booking with MSC and they rather find alternative cruise ships. Ps MSC we may never be able to cruise again . Hope that money finds you guys well in liquidation due to your employees being dumb af!!!
