MSC DOESN'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE JUST OUT THERE TO MAKE MONEY

The cruise advertises alot of how they try to assist the passengers be as comfortable as possible , i am going on the cruise on the 5th April , i called in to say i am 22 weeks pregnant , so i need to join the long Que to board and guess what ..... the answer from the call center was yes there are no special lines , so what happens to other passengers that are disable or have special needs should they also just join the long ques because the customer service and putting passengers first out the window , MSC SUCKS
