MSC does not care for your luggage

One should be careful when travelling with MSC cruise liners as they don't hold themselves responsible at all when your baggage is damaged and goods are missing from your damaged bags when these bags are given to MSC staff in perfectly good condition.<br> Also be careful of the insurance that they offer 'for your best interests'. The insurance company has, in my opinion, in my case, done everything to make it VERY difficult and time consuming for us to try and claim. They also turn 1 event into 2 claims and then want to charge 2 excesses. In my opinion the insurance is CERTAINLY NOT WORTH it.<br> When this is highlighted to MSC they simply quote rules and conditions. <br> They are CLEARLY not interested in the belongings of their passengers.<br> pity
