MSC do not know what they are doing

I booked a cruise for me and my wife, 9 March 2018 - 12 March 2018, and also paid the deposit. Booking number: ********** 80. On 29 December 2017 I wrote them an e-mail, asking when the balance is due. I received an automatic reply from them ********** that they received my e-mail, and will get back to me ASAP. On 3 January 2018 I received another e-mail from them stating that my cruise is cancelled. I called them and spoke to a person named "Evadance", who assured me that he will sort it out and get back to me.....until now I have not heard anything back from anybody at MSC Cruises, and it seems like my booking is cancelled. If they cancelled my booking they need to refund my deposit or give me the opportunity to keep my booking, I was prepared to pay the balance the 29th already. This seems like a money making ****, and I will worn everybody I know against this company. Their service is pathetic.
