MSC disappointing reaction to Corona for SA cruises

Disappointing from MSC South Africa that despite world wide action with regards to the Corona Epedemic that they still are not allowing customers to cancel and reschedule cruises. I have booked for 27 March 2020, but will not be going on the cruise due to the high risk especially that the confirmed cases in SA have increased drastically over the past 2 days. They claim to screen boarding guests, but I personally know of someone that has traveled to a high risk country and managed to still board the local cruise very recent. Even local airlines have agreed that customers may cancel and change flight dates. So thanks MSC for taking my hard earned money for nothing and not caring enough for your customers .
