MSC Deposit reimbur*****t

Very Disappointed in MSC Cruises, We booked a cruise for December 2020 in advance and paid deposit and they are not even thinking of reimbursing if we cancel due to the pandemic. Nobody knew what this year had in stall and i would only think it reasonable to change your rules for what has happened this year
