MSC CRUSIES TERRIBLE STAFF AND MISTAKES.

After paying for a cruise in full, I was blocked off all communication platforms from the person I paid to. I got in contact with Msc and went through several people. I then was told a refund would be given back to me of the service charges. I sent all my details in. They then did the refund into someone elses and account and stated to me " tell your friend to give it to you, we cant help you". Three months of fighting, they tell me "go ask her for the money we cant help you" PATHETIC ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS THEIR ERROR.
